Bathing in the last light
Bathing in the last light: Here are two Sandhill Cranes bathing in the last light of the day. The backlighting really makes the shot work. Taken by Brigitte using her 500mm f4 lens with a 1.4x teleconverter ISO 400 f 5.6 at 1/500 sec.
Although the cranes are looking out of the scene, the image still works because it is showing habitat and habit.
