Modesto Marathon

Modesto Marathon:  I don't talk much about Captivating sports photos, but this aspect of our business is quite busy.  This weekend we covered the Modesto Marathon photographing 3,000 runners in every kind of lighting condition and weather.  The race started in the dark with clear skies, and finished alternating between hail and sunshine.  We took over 9,000 photos that all had to be edited, keyworded, and uploaded.  We used 4 photographers, one runner, one print technician, and 3 people keywording.  Each of these events offers its own unique challenges, and is very taxing.  Anyone wanna try it out?
